Is Site Care required?

You need maintenance in some form, monthly or yearly, because a site that does not get patched, monitored, and backed up does not stay healthy. Go monthly ($60 USD or $1,000 MXN) for full ongoing care: edits, updates, fixes, and support whenever you need them. The yearly plan ($30 USD or $1,000 MXN) is the minimum; it just keeps your site and name online and does not include any edits, updates, fixes, or support. Either way, we don't ship a site and walk away. You keep the site, the domain, and every file. We never hold your work hostage.

Bill in pesos, pay in your bank's currency

If you are in Mexico, you pay in pesos: $1,000 MXN a month, or $1,000 MXN a year on the yearly plan. In the US or anywhere else, you pay in dollars: $60 USD a month, or $30 USD a year. The Subscribe button picks the right currency for you based on the language you are viewing this page in.

Self-serve portal to update your card

After you subscribe, Stripe gives you a customer portal where you can swap your card, download invoices, pause, or cancel. You do not have to email us to make a billing change. Open the Stripe portal.

What if I do not have a NeonFrame site yet?

Site Care is for existing NeonFrame sites. If you do not have one yet, start on the pricing page and pick a build. Once your site is live, Site Care is the easy way to keep it that way.
