Becca has been designing for the web since before most people knew what responsive meant. She started freelancing in her early twenties, building sites for local businesses that couldn't afford an agency and didn't trust a template. That scrappy, client-first approach never left. Over the years she built a reputation for visual work that actually converts: brands that feel intentional, layouts that guide the eye, and design systems that hold up once the developer gets involved. She has worked across retail, hospitality, food and beverage, and professional services, with a particular focus on businesses that depend on local search traffic to stay busy. At NeonFrame, Becca sets the visual direction on every project. She picks the palette, defines the typography, and draws the brand direction before a single line of code gets written. Her rule: if it doesn't look right on a phone screen in direct sunlight, it doesn't ship.

TC holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas and an Associate's in Software Development from Midstate Technical College. Before NeonFrame, he spent five years as an IT engineer in the aeronautics industry, where precision and zero tolerance for failure weren't optional. That background shapes everything he builds. He went on to design and launch Voxwild, a text-to-speech studio platform built from scratch, and has completed numerous private contract projects across a wide range of industries and technical stacks. At NeonFrame, TC writes every line of code that ships. No templates, no page builders, no drag-and-drop shortcuts. Every animation, every responsive layout, and every performance optimization is hand-crafted to load fast, rank well, and hold up on any device. He approaches every project the same way he approached aerospace systems: if it isn't right, it isn't done.
The Story
The first time we walked into a bar in Puerto Peñasco and asked for the website, the bartender laughed. The second time, the owner pulled up a Facebook page that hadn't been updated in two years. The third time, somebody handed us a Wix link that loaded in eleven seconds and had a Spanish page that was machine-translated from Polish.
The agencies charging $3,000 a month weren't talking to these places. The freelancers were charging $2,500 for a template anyone could buy for $59. The owners didn't trust anybody to spend their money on Google Ads because every agency was taking a 20% cut off the top.
So we built a different model. We build the site first, then send it to the owner. No contract, no "discovery call," no pressure to look. If they like it, they pay the one-time fee up front and we launch it on their domain. If they don't, we move on. The marketing add-on is a flat monthly rate, ad budget paid direct to Google, cancel any time.

What We Stand For
01. Real photos only
We will never use stock photos or AI-generated images on your site. If we don't have a real photo, we build a clean vector card instead. Every face on your site is a real face.
02. Preview before you commit
We build the site first and send you a live preview, so you see the full thing before you commit. To launch it on your domain, we require full payment up front. No long-term contract.
03. Zero markup on ad spend
Your Google Ads budget goes from your card to Google direct. We don't touch the money. You get the full report and the full ROI. We charge a flat fee to run the campaign, that's it.
