No 8-week discovery process. No 17-page contract. No project manager who hands you off to someone you've never met. Four steps and you're live.
You tell us about your business. Who you are, who you serve, what makes you different, what you want a new customer to feel the second they land on the page. We pull your existing photos from Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and ask for anything else we need.
We pick the palette from your brand, draft the layout, write the copy in both languages, then build the site. You get a live preview URL the same week. No mock-ups, no PSDs, no "we'll send a Figma link later." The first thing you see is the actual site running in your browser.
You open the preview link, walk through every section, and tell us what to change. Colors, copy, photos, sections, order, anything. One or two rounds of revisions is normal. We keep going until you say yes.
Once you've signed off, you pay the one-time fee and we go live. Domain, hosting, SSL, Google Search Console, schema, sitemap, all configured. The site is in your name from day one. If you took the marketing add-on, GBP setup starts the same day.
Common Questions
What if I don't like the preview?
We revise it. We iterate on the preview until it looks right to you, before anything goes live. When you are ready to launch, full payment is due up front, and then we take it live on your own domain. You see the finished site first, so you know exactly what you are launching.
What do you need from me to start?
Business name, what you do, where you are, hours of operation, your phone number, and a link to your Facebook or Instagram if you have one. That's it. We handle the rest.
Do I have to buy hosting separately?
The first year of hosting is included. After that, you pay your host directly, typically around $80 to $120 per year for the kind of fast hosting we recommend. The domain is yours, in your name, on your card.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes if you know HTML. Most of our clients don't, which is why the $60/mo maintenance plan exists. You text us "change the Tuesday special" or "add this event," and we do it the same day.
How is this so much cheaper than the other agencies?
Three people, no office, no sales team, no account managers, no upsells. The cost of running NeonFrame is small enough that we can build great sites at a fair price and still pay our rent. The agencies charging $5,000 aren't doing better work. They're paying more salaries.
